• Planning and implementation of incentive and information trips

• Disciplinary and technical management of four employees

Successes & Highlights:

• Establishment of the tour operator distribution network with agreements with the largest travel agency chains/cooperations in Germany

• Planning and implementation of successful trade fair appearances and activities at regional tourism fairs and at the world’s largest tourism fair ITB in all years

• Organisation and execution of at least 20 information trips to Southeast Asia & the Arab Emirates
